Everything was perfect. The best host we ever met. He told us the history of Matera and a lot of interesting information.

The apartment is newly renovated!

No parking near a house and noisy place, you can hear the trains

Good location close to the bus station. Exceptionally helpful host that provided a map and tourist brochure of Matera to us and gave us a overview of the main sights in Matera using a mobile translator. The apartment was very clean and in perfect condition.

Exposure to noise from the railway that run behind the house.

The host was absolutely amazing, super friendly, and very amenable. We really enjoyed our stay and a big part of that was due to how wonderful the host was.

The host was polite, gave us valuable advice, how to see all the nicest places of the old town in one day!

There isn't!

Big bedrooms, a nice balcony, and a big bathroom. The kitchen had both a stovetop and a microwave, in addition to an electric kettle and a coffee maker.

In the kitchen, there was no salt, cooking oil, or a normal-sized kitchen knife, which is inconvenient for a short stay. The kitchen is rather small and doubles as a lobby.

Perfect host, super clean appartment, comfy beds.
