The apartment is very well located, close to the city centre, with a nice view to the square below. The place is very tastefully decorated, well equipped and comfortable. Was great coming back after a long day of sightseeing. The helpfulness of the host made our stay exceptional: he was really communicative, helpful, and gave excellent recommendations for sights/restaurants in Matera. I would come back without a doubt.

Only minor things: the bed was screeching quite loudly and the water temperature in the shower kept changing (it was either too hot or too cold at the same setting)

Appartemento situato in un ottima posizione per visitare la città, vicino ad un parcheggio a pagamento (sosta economica). L'appartamento è molto curato con tutte le comodità a disposizione ed il palazzo è tipico, e bellissimo. I proprietari sono molto disponibili, reattivi e ci hanno dato preziosi consigli per i parcheggi, i ristoranti, etc. Siamo stati veramente bene ! Consiglio +++

Location, comfort n hospitality, helpfulness n caring of the host, Alberto. He has provided everything which really felt so welcoming, nice cakes, coffee n tea, even recommended us where to eat n also local specialties, he even booked for us, these are extra miles that he’d gone to. He even reduced the city tax once he knew that only 2 of us came instead of 3 persons.
