Appartamento ampio ed accogliente. Ottima posizione a ridosso del centro. Pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort, aria condizionata, dotazione dei principali generi alimentari e di consumo. Host gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente.

"THE APPARTMENT ITSELF WAS SPACIOUS FOR TWO PEOPLE, THE BATHROOM FACILITIES WERE GOOD AND WI-FI GOOD"

LOCATION WAS 5 MIN WALK TO HISTORIC AREA MATERA. BREAKFAST NOT GREAT. HOST LEFT SOME ITEMS IN KITCHEN FOR BREAKFAST. THIS IS NOT COMPARABLE TO THE HOTELS WE STAYED IN.

WHEN WE ARRIVED HAD DIFFICULTY CALLING HOST TO INDICATE WE WERE THERE. THEY DID NOT SPEAK MUCH ENGLISH. THEY FINALLY CAME OVER TO LET US IN. DID HER BEST TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING IN APPARTMENT INCLUDING ITEMS LEFT ON SHELVES IN KITCHEN FOR BREAKFAST. PARKING IN MATERA IS A DISASTER. WE PARKED IN A GARAGE ABOUT 5-10 MIN WALK AWAY. FORTUNATELY, WE HAD THE EASY PAY APP SO IT MADE USING THE GARAGE MUCH EASIER.

"Il fascino e la magia di Matera"

Appartamento molto bello, spazioso e pulito, completo di tutto, in ottima posizione vicinissima alla zona dei sassi raggiungibile in pochissimi minuti.

Unica pecca la colazione, compresa nel prezzo come da offerta booking, scarsa sia nella quantità che nella varietà, soprattutto considerando che eravamo in 5, contattata la proprietaria per rifornimento....

L’appartement est idéalement situé. On peut se garer dans un parking proche. Il est bien équipé et très propre . Tout était conforme .

La rue très passante et bruyante malgré les doubles vitrages. Des bouchons d’oreilles sont à prévoir pour les personnes sensibles au bruit .

"Wunderbarer Aufenthalt"

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten mitten im Geschehen, es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze direkt in der Seitenstraße, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Maria ist eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin.

"Beautiful family memories in Matera."

The host was so attentive and kind. She provided plenty of breakfast food, even gluten free options upon request. The apartment was conveniently located near the old town and the Christmas market. We never had to use our car through the weekend.

"Ottima esperienza"

La struttura è in una posizione ottima perché a due passi dal centro e contemporaneamente si può parcheggiare in modo da avere la comodità di trasportare i bagagli senza difficoltà. Ambienti ampi e puliti, dotati di tutto.
