Everything else was exceptional. Location, comfortable enough.

There weren't Any microwave

Very reasonably priced compared to other properties in the area. Place is also quiet with a good view from the balcony in the 2nd floor.

We arrived late at night and transportation is limited at the area because Uber was not available. Good thing we only brought hand carry bags so we opted to just walk. around 400-500m from the Interlaken Ost Station

The view is great . They are very responsive and took care very well.

The restroom can be renovated

The location was good and very close to the shops and restaurants. Also interlaken was very close.

The apartment is basic with not proper facilities for holiday purpose. Ie. Bathroom did not have enough lights. No hand towels and the shower cubicle had mould. The bedrooms had no dressing mirrors or night lamps and the bedsheets had holes in it. The quilt was not right size. No brooms. Dinning table was sticky. Booking .com should not take this kind of property for holiday rental. Its ruin our holiday. This property is not suitable for holiday let.

Poor value . This is a studio not a 2 bedroom apartment . The curtain didn’t cover the window and the louvre was broken . People walking past could see into the apartment from the street . The photos are misleading as they show another better apartment (as well as photos of the studio). Very hot and no air conditioning . The settee was worn in places . The studio is much poorer value than the photos indicate
