Cardinal Massaia Venice Apartment

Appartamento ampio e bello, molto silenzioso pur essendo in centro. Sono arrivata assai piu' tardi del limite di orario per il check in, ma Yameli mi ha gentilmente aspettato.

Per me è stato perfetto.

Amplio y cómodo. Muy amable la chica que nos recibí. Siempre atenta. La pasamos más que bien.

Lovely large apartment with great air con and 2 minute walk to bus stop for Venice. Good info from Ricky on arrival.

Asked for 3pm - 4pm check in as we knew we were going to get thee around 3pm, still had to wait till 4pm for access.

On the last day, the cleaning lady entered the apartament while we were sleeping. It was 7:30am and check out was at 10am.

Large, self-contained apartment with two bedrooms, large kitchen, large lounge room. Secure facility near shops and cafes. Helped arrange transportation to the airport.

Good location, not much noise coming from the street. Good layout, 2 bedrooms and a living room. There was someone waiting for us when we arrived and showed us around. They were very flexible, allowed us to check-in early, and also permitted us to leave the car at their parking spot a few hours after we checked out. They provided us with useful infos about getting around in the city, getting to Venice, etc.

Not very clean, we had to move one of the beds and there was ancient heaps of dirt underneath. Also, one of the provided hair dryers blew up when we tried to turn it on, and it also blew the fuse. Not to worry, they had instructions about blackouts. In fact they had instructions scattered around in the apartment about practically everything. Most importantly, that we are obliged to bring the trash 2 streets away before leaving and that we must wash the dishes. We also got a message about that. If it is so important, then they should install a dishwasher...
