Appartamento pulito e spazioso. Letti comodissimi.

Duże i jasne mieszkanie. Bardzo czysto i łatwo dostać się autobusem do Wenecji.

Niektórym, starszym gościom może doskwierać brak windy, a mieszkanie jest na 3. piętrze.

Great location bus was directly outside of property ( No.2 bus). Amenities near by and restaurant was 30 yards away good food. Property was clean and spacious. If you needed anything the host was happy to help if possible. Would recommend.

Très bel appartement idéalement situé si vous désirez vous rendre à Venise. Le bus est juste en bas de l'immeuble. Appartement propre, fonctionnel et spacieux. Climatisation. Très bonnes pizzeria et gelateria à proximité. Attention il se situe au 3eme étage sans ascenseur.

Die Wohnung großartig geschnitten. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer zum Schlafen. Die Dusche war sehr groß. Man hatte gute Anbindung nach Venedig, einmal den Bus der Linie 2, die direkt vor dem Haus ist und die Straßenbahnlinie T1, diese sogar in der Hauptzeit in 10 Minuten Takt fährt. Was wir ganz praktikabel fanden. Der Strand war leider mit dem Auto 40 bis 45 Minuten fahrzeit zu erreichen. Also wenn man viel an den Strand möchte, sollte man schon in der Nähe vom Strand wohnen, um Benzin zu sparen. Im ganzen war alles soweit in Ordnung außer!

Leider konnten wir keinen Deutschen TV empfangen. In der Küche haben gefehlt: Auflaufform, großer Schöpflöffel, zwei große Töpfe, kartoffelschäler und Rührbesen. Wenn man viel kocht, und zur gleichen Zeit auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite den Backofen einschaltet, und zur gleichen Zeit noch die Klimaanlage läuft, fliegt die Hauptsicherung im Treppenhaus raus. Die Wohnung ist von den Sicherungen nicht kompatibel, das heißt es müssten höhere Ampere Sicherung eingebaut werden,um das zu verhindern.

Duże mieszkanie, dobrze wyposażone, przystanek autobusowy bezpośrednio przy wyjściu z budynku. Blisko do sklepu. Parking wolny w pobliżu. Bezpiecznie.

Appartement confortable, propre, avec 3 grandes chambres situé au 3eme étage sans ascenseur. Bien équipé avec climatiseur dans la cuisine et le couloir. Produits de première nécessité disponibles (café, thé, café, épices…). Excellent emplacement avec bus (ligne 2) juste en dessous de l’immeuble qui passe toutes les 10 minutes environ et vous emmène au point central des transports de Venise en 25 minutes. Des commerces de proximité et restaurants autour de l’appartement. L’hôte est très réactif et disponible. En conclusion une très bonne adresse à garder!

Pas de parking attitré, il faut se garer dans la rue (gratuit) et un peu difficile de trouver une place toute proche. Les chambres donnent sur la rue, un peu de bruit le soir.

We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. The location was fantastic, just next to the bus stop heading to Venice, which made traveling very convenient. The apartment had three bedrooms, making it perfect for a larger family or a group of friends. There were plenty of cafes nearby, so we had plenty of options for dining out. The beds were comfortable, and the flat was well-equipped with two air conditioners, which kept us comfortable throughout our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and there were plenty of parking options around the area. Overall, a great place to stay!

One thing to note is that the air conditioners are located in the corridor and kitchen areas only. To keep the bedrooms cooler, we kept the doors open, but even then, it wasn't always enough, especially during very hot days. Despite keeping the blinds shut all day, the heat could still be quite intense in the bedrooms at times.
