Tommy's Flat

Spacious and modern looking. We liked that there were 3 separate bedrooms. Great value for money. Communication with the host was easy. Air conditioning was a really nice feature. There is a bus station right in front of the building (no 2 will take you straight to Venice in 25 minutes).

It is on the top floor and there is no lift (have to climb about 3-4 stories). Kitchen was missing a few things (corkscrew was broken, not enough bowls, not enough cups that fit the coffee capsule machine etc). But otherwise it was well stocked. While there technically is free parking on some of the nearby streets, getting a spot is tricky and you have to manouver a lot (parallel park, narrow spots).

It’s very clean and spacious and comes with all you need. If you’re visiting Venecia it’s about 20min bus number 2 which stops right next to the property. Owner was very easy to deal with and super simple self checkin/out.

It’s 3rd floor but again it’s nothing wrong with property.

Clean and quiet flat close to bus stop which is really convenient to city centre or train station. Very friendly and helpful was the person who is responsible Tommy and always there to help. We really enjoyed and we do recommend this place.

Do not have elevator in the building and is on 3* floor!

Very spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, and well appointed. The location is great for visiting Venice, but not spending heaps of money to stay in Venice. The bus that takes you in is literally 2m from the front door - you can buy tickets on board, but it's double the price than buying them before at a tobacco shop. There's a great pizza place about 5mins walk away (there's one almost next door but it was closed) and a supermarket an easy <10min walk. The owner was very responsive

As others have said, the stairs going up to the apartment are about the only issue, but if you're prepared for that then this is a great place
