Excellent host and make you feel like home

Location is very suitable for exploring Venice; Opposite a large SPAR-supermarket and 1 minute walking to the bus station that brings you to Venice in 10 minutes. Appt is older, but clean and spacious.

Some kitchen equipment needs revamping.

Very comfortable apartment and very close walking distance to the train station. The landlord was very nice and helpful.

I liked the strategic position of the apartment, it's look and the fact that it was spacious

I hated the lack of air conditioning. You could not sleep in 40° C weather. The neighbourhood was also pretty bad

Gaspare is a lovely host. The apartment was clean. It was close to transport

The property is in a dodgy area. It was incredibly noisy - the neighbors in the building fought, yelled and a child cried and fought with siblings until midnight on 2 of the 3 nights. More pillows are needed and extra bedding would be nice.

Host was really nice and helpful, apartment was clean.

Unfortunately wifi was not working during our stay (host tried to help somehow), apartment located in "specific" neighborhood (loud music on the street until the middle of the night each day, etc)

Affordable area but this is not Venice. Great for shopping but you must be willing to spend time walking around. The host was extremely helpful and polite.

This isnt the Venice tourists are sold. Lots of noise until about 2am . Didnt feel safe at times.
