For me, it wasn’t my particular taste in decor; however, there was everything One would need, and it was very clean. there was some scaffolding in the foyer upon entering the building.

Charming apartment in a lovely town. Very friendly and helpful owner. Everything was perfect for our stay. Nice central location to get around. We easily visited Motor Valley ( Pagani, Ferrari, Lamborghini & Ducati) from here. A great visit. Thank you

The host! I have never in all of my years of traveling had a host anywhere like Elisabetta. It felt like being welcomed by a friend - she loves what she does and it shows. Best ever 100%

It was just a little hard to get the apartment to feel warm and the water pressure is very light. These are very minor details, and I am sure she would have turned on the additional heat source had I asked, I was there in shoulder season.

Our host was super nice and met us at the property to help us park and show us around the apartment. The apartment was pristine and very well appointed and decorated, very cozy. And, while in a very convenient location, it was very quiet.

Great property and great host. Everything here that you could need, right in old town. Nice to have some space for a few days with good kitchen and washing machine too.

This apartment was the highlight of our trip to Italy! Elisabetta was an amazing host who met us at check in and check out to assist us with our bags. She was so thorough with the details she provided as well as giving us so many food recommendations. She was also very quick to reply when we had questions or needed assistance. The apartment was beautifully decorated and there was even fresh flowers and fruit left out for our arrival. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen as it was well stocked with supplies and equipment. We would love to visit again!

Very handy to the centre of Modena. Bars and restaurants all within a 5 minute walk, everything you could ask for. Elisabetta was brilliant to deal with, great communication right from the start. She even helped to organise a trip to producers in the area.

The shower lacks pressure at times.
