Excellent stay! The apartment was spotless upon arrival, offering a cozy ambiance and amenities. Its central location provided easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The host's prompt communication and attention to detail made the experience seamless. Overall, a highly recommended place for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Beautifully decorated spacious apartment in a great location, right around the corner from Osteria Francescana. Owners were very efficient with communication and service at all hours. We had to change rental cars and they were able to get us an updated car permit within 48 hours notice of arrival. The toilet flush got stuck and was continuing to run. Despite it being in the evening, within 2 hours they sent someone to fix it. Very happy with our stay here.

Location, spacious , comfortable bed.

Poor water pressure made having a decent shower impossible. The freight elevator is very sensitive. There can be a bit of noise from other residents in the building.

Me and my partner loved staying at San Giacomo Quattro. The house completely lives up to the expectations, has a lovely decor and it is very spacious and comfortable. The apartment was spotless and accomodated to ensure that any guest has the best experience - on top of that, the location is fantastic and just a short walk from the centre and from the legendary Osteria Francescana. We will be back - thanks again for everything!

The location was perfect. Bed was really comfortable. Plenty of space around the apartment even though we didn’t need it and plenty of ‘facilities’ within the apartment. The host was very helpful and always available for information.

I was given a phone number to use as a contact which I did a couple of times. That contact then gave me ‘3 different contacts’ to use. After a few more messages I was told to use a different contact again. At this point I started to get a bit worried that the apartment was being run as a scam and felt unsafe. However, this last contact was always contactable and very helpful. The water pressure was a little low for the shower but the host made sure we were aware and checked in with us about it part way through the stay. They are aware and are working on it. This wouldn’t stop us staying there again.

Nice apartment in beautiful Modena. We loved this city and this place felt as home. We were fortunate enough to dine at Osteria Francescana and this place is just around the corner.

We had problems with hot water and water pressure in the shower, especially in the beginning of the evening.
