we had the most wonderful time in Modena staying here. it is in a great location. very close to restaurants, walking distance from the train station. Elisabetta was an amazing host and we so helpful, setting up a tour for us of the Parmesan factory nearby. I will be staying here again next time I am in Modena!

lounge and tv were very comfortable and they had good tv programs including Netflix in English the owner Elizabetta was excellent and helped us with the issues we had and shouted us an aperitif as compensation for the lift not working the apartment was cute and had a lot of nice supplies to cook in the kitchen

it was on the 3rd floor with steep steps and it was very difficult to get heavy bags up as the lift was difficult to use Also the shower was very weak, hardly any water, and the water did not drain well otherwise we were happy

Everything was perfect. Can only recommend!

Elisabetta met us at the property at the time of arrival; she was very friendly and pleasant; she was quick to guide us though some of the specifics and answered all of our questions.

This is such a beautiful space we wish we could have stayed much longer. The design is gorgeous yet the furniture is very comfortable and cozy. The living room now also includes a great TV with plenty of digital streaming options. My only hesitation in recommending it is that it might not be available to book next time we come back to Modena. :) Elisabetta is a fabulous host!

Nothing - everything was lovely!

First of all everything was perfect Organized as this flat is located directly in the center .. in order to enter by car you need a authorization in most of the Italian cities and the owner Elly organized upfront and the location is great -lovely Italian land house style (own charme), flat has WLAN, do not expect a brand new flat -it gives you the feeling what Italy/Modena stands for - historic Charme, great cuisine, you can go directly into the center a few meters with great shops and excellent restaurants, winebars, Osteria Francescana few meters around d the corner. Thank you Elly for supporting our great stay in lovely Italy (we did a tour by car -Venice-Modena-Bologna-Parma -Modena was a highlight Br Marko

exceptional place

Our stay was exceptional. First some key points; The apartment was incredibly well maintained and clean The apartment felt incredibly safe The apartment was in a fantastic area, right downtown close to some great bars and cafes Detail: My wife and I were traveling in Italy on our honeymoon and had recently come in from Verona. We booked this apartment last minute when our hotel reservation did not work out. Within minutes of booking, Elisabetta called my phone and told me she could meet us at the apartment in 30 minutes to provide the keys and parking pass. She arrived exactly 30 minutes later and apologized for making us wait which was totally unnecessary as she lives outside of the city and dropped everything to check us in last minute! She and her partner checked us in to the lovely apartment, gave us a tour and provided an incredibly helpful overview of all the appliances (having a washing machine a week into the drip was a godsend), gave us sightseeing and dining recommendations in the city, offered to help us in any other way necessary - telling us not to hesitate to reach out during out stay, and made sure we had everything we needed before heading out. The night we checked in we were supposed to have dinner reservations at a local restaurant, however the hotel (which had made the reservations for us) had called and cancelled when our reservation there fell through. After a long day of travel we were exhausted and struck out at the next three restaurants we went to. We took Elisabetta up on her offer to help out and messaged her to see if she had any dining recommendations. She went above and beyond and made us a last minute reservation at a local seafood restaurant where her husband knew the owner. The food was incredible and they even bought us a congratulatory bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon! The rest of the stay went off without issue! We were so sad to leave but so grateful for Elisabetta. I cannot recommend this apartment enough.

location, Elisabetta s attention to details. Everything was spot on, although the pictures on the site are different to whats currently on the apartment. The building has an elevator which is a plus.
