Incredibly helpful host. The apartment is very beautiful and charming. Fantastic location. It was 38 degrees when we visited and the air conditioner in the flat saved our trip.

Beautiful decoration of the property, great location in the old town, comfortable bed, and great air conditioning. Elisabetta was a perfect host, on hand to answer questions, and even make restaurant reservations for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

"Lovely place in the warm heart of Modena"

Our host was super available and helpful during our stay. She gave us great recommandations about restaurants, tours and so on. Besides the house is very well located, very charming, and well equiped. The fact that there is an AC is a plus because it was 38+ degrees when we were a Modena and it helps cooling down the house and sleep well at night. you have all you need in the bathroom and actually we loved the shower (unlike some other comments) which was very smooth for our skin. If we go back (in case we eventually manage to book Massimo's restaurant), I would be more than happy to chose the same house !
