Great location, very comfortable and roomy

The shower stalls leaked and made a mess

Very nice and comfortable unit for a family.

During our whole stay of 6 nights, the wifi was not working. Did communicate with the host and was told they would contact the 3rd party. Until, we least, we heard nothing from the host. We ended up have to pay data on our phones.

Very central location and excellent facilities

Het appartement was goed gepoetst en schoon en de bedden sliepen heerlijk. Daarnaast ligt het heel centraal en is het appartement mooi opgeknapt.

De kleinste badkamer stonk heel erg naar riool en beide douchedeuren sloten niet goed, waardoor het water de vloer op liep. Op de kleine badkamer was dit meer dan op de grote badkamer. Op de grote badkamer stond er water onder het badmeubel, geen idee waar dit vandaag kwam. In de woonkamer ontbrak een stoel, er waren maar 4 stoelen, terwijl er 5 bedden waren.

Die Lage war in Ordnung, die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und man erreicht die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten bei Fuss. Der Pick-up service von Mario war auch sehr gut. Mario war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Die Wohnung weiste mehrere Mängel auf: - Undichte Duschwände, sodass Wasser aus der Dusche austritt. - Undichte und/oder beschädigte Siphons im Badezimmer, was zu Wasseraustritt führt. - Beschädigtes Türschloss - Schmutz in den Schubladen. - Staubige Oberflächen. - Fleckige Bettwäsche. - Beschädigte und teilweise verschmutzte Handtücher im Badezimmer. - Unangenehmer Geruch in den Badezimmern, vermutlich von den Siphons. - Schwaches WLAN in der ganzen Wohnung zudem nicht richtig aufgeführt auf auf dem WLAN Infoblatt. Musste --separat angefragt werden. - Kundenservice enttäuschend, da auf die grossen Mängel gar nicht eingegangen wurde und teilweise keine Antwort mehr bekommen

Ottima posizione, centrale e vicino a mezzi pubblici, servizi e attrazioni! Struttura pulita, ottima per due famiglie in quanto camere e bagni separati.

Location! It was clean, and comfortable.

Communication! I came Saturday and they keep saying that they are not a hotel. But I message the property contacts and no response until late. The WiFi never worked and the A/C as well didn’t work after following the instructions. Also there is no bag storage in the facilities. That was a turn down for me.
