This apartment is perfect! Would come and stay here a hundred times over! Perfect location, quiet location at night. Apartment is well kitted out, cosy, warm and spacious. Very secure and so many restaurants and bars and shops right on your doorstep!

A working wine bottle opener would have been great 🤣🤣🤣

the best part of this property was the location except for the renovations of the next door property

because we had been travelling for 3 weeks, and we had driven from Santiago to Lisbon, we were not sure of our arrival time and when we arrived at the site we phoned a lady but she could not hear me or understand me, and we had difficulty accessing the code, and had it not been for a very helpful lady we would have been left on the street. eventually the lady on the phone sent us by email the codes we needed. but this situation was distressing. and when we departed we found someone else on the street experiencing the same situation, so apparently this situation is not unusual.

The apartment is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, tram stops, and a nearby metro station. We did not need a car at all, as most of the iconic sights were accessible on foot or by tram. We purchased a 24-hour ticket that combined the metro and tram, which was very convenient and good value. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and easy to move around in, and the lift was a big plus, making access very convenient for our group. Great location and a spacious, comfortable apartment with minor fixes that could be improved through clearer instructions and minor maintenance.

The apartment would benefit from clearer instructions and more guidance overall. It was a bit tricky to connect to the Wi-Fi, and there was no Wi-Fi coverage in the master bedroom. The shower door in the master bathroom does not close properly, which caused water to leak, and we couldn’t find a mop. The third bedroom near the living area needs better lighting, as it only has one lamp. While the check-in instructions for collecting the keys were clear, it would be helpful to include guidance on what to do with the keys at check-out. In addition, the fan light above the stove was not working.
