Der Abfluss in der Dusche ging nicht. In einem Schlafzimmer befand sich Schimmel an der Decke, sowie den Wänden.

Location was perfect. Supermarket near us is very useful.

There was a sewage smell as soon as you go into the apartment. Lack of counter space in the bathrooms. Shelves would have been useful. Kitchen didn’t any have tea towel or dish cloth to dry off the kitchen counter to dining table . All we had was a small roll of paper towel. Walls (had grimy dusts ) and living room sofa can really use a good cleaning . No fault of the apartment but we could hear every foot step from the above apartment. It lacked one dining chair. We were 5 in our party and only had 4 chairs to sit on.

We loved how spacious the apartment was. There was 4 in our party and everyone was comfortable. One bathroom had a drainage problem. We called the emergency number and it was fixed expeditiously.

I would stay here again. However, would love to see more bath towels.

Location. Spacious apartment, super hot water and shower facilities, and a great lift. I see a lot of the issues that were raised previously on the reviews have been addressed ie lights when you come in and cooking utensils in the apartment. Wi-Fi does not extend to the master bedroom. And there is no TV in the main bedroom either, but these are fairly minor issues.

Checkout at 11am is very early. I had a broken foot and asked for a slightly later time purely because it was difficult for me to move around Lisbon with bags (flight at 5pm). I understand they couldn’t accommodate this as they had new people arriving but it really is a very early checkout. For the same reason I asked if I could check-in slightly earlier but this didn’t happen either. I put on the washing machine and the electricity tripped so we were left completely in the dark! After over an hour I eventually located a number to contact somebody and we figured it out. The dryer did not dry the clothes. I would still recommend the property as it is a really lovely apartment.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, puedes ir andando a todos los sitios. Es muy amplio, tiene todas las comodidades. Lo recomiendo!

Excellent location. Easy walk to Rua Augusta and Rossio Square.

Poor WiFi. Info left for WiFi did not work. Took a while to sort it out. Kitchen could have a few more cooking utensils.

Location was super. The personal was easy to contact. It was possible to leave our luggage until 1 pm.

Stairs after outdoor were dark, light came on quite late.

Muy buena ubicación, hay un supermercado justo al lado del edificio. Apartamento amplio con dos baños. Cocina amplia, bien equipada. Dormitorio espaciosos.

Uno de los baños olía mal al entrar. La limpieza justa, habría que mejorarlo.
