There is definitely bugs and flea on the sofa I got quite a few bites from sitting there for a few minutes

Excellent location. Variety of restaurants/cafes/shops all within a five minute walk. Well laid out apartment with very good facilities.

Lack of usable shelf or drawers in both bedrooms.

Lovely property in a great location.

Following heavy rain, water leaked into the flat in several places. We had to use one of the bath towels mop up the water. We reported this to GuestReady, asking for someone to look at the problem and also replace the towel. Nobody was sent to the flat, and the towel was not replaced. We asked many times. And at the end of the stay, GuestReady did not reach out to me to apologise or explain or to offer anything for the inconvenience. This is the one thing that spoiled our view.

Location was excellent. Place was nicely decorated and very comfortable.

Only a one day supply of toilet paper

Your cleaning crew did a sloppy job. Also (because it’s summer) there were ants.

Location was perfect! the place was clean and very nice. The water pressure is good. Apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect for 2 couples or a family traveling with children.
