"High end apartment in great location"

High end apartment with very nicely decorated with Art pieces. Fantastic location right in the centre of downtown Lisbon.

Check in instructions could have been clearer as there are two apartments on the same floor and the key safe is difficult to open.

"Superb"

The property is beautiful and very comfortable.

I was disappointed when I called the operator to advise there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 days, to be told they only supply enough for the first night. Never have I ever had to think about buying toilet paper when on a vacation. For such a beautiful and luxurious apartment, it seemed pretty cheap on their part.

"Superb"

Great location. Nice apartment, perfect for two couples. Good with separate bathrooms. Everything working as advertised. Called support for a minor issue and got help quickly. Well worth the price. Beds a little hard but on the other hand better than a lot of other places we stayed in in Portugal.

I don't enjoy the experience of booking via Booking.com anymore. There is simply too much emails flooding in and hard to keep track of the booking and what you need to do. Spent hours sorting everything. Next time I will book directly via Guestready.

"Beautiful apartment, great location but poor management by Agent"

The apartment is beautifully decorated and well laid out. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, great kitchen and very comfortable living area. Location in Lisbon was excellent! A pleasure to stay here.

When we arrived, cleaning (by agent Guestready) had not been done! We arrived after check in time and place had not been serviced since previous guest - very, very disappointed - lost hours waiting for cleaning to be done, not to mention various phone calls and txt calls trying to get the place cleaned. Poor excuse given that 'cleaner was sick'....therefore, was the agent prepared to have us arrive without apartment being serviced - very poor performance by Agent!!

"fabulous stay"

Fabulous apartment, clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Very good location and Joao who meet us was very friendly and allowed us to drop bags/cases into the apartment before 3pm check in was brilliant

group of 4 people and only 1 key was not ideal

Lovely apartment, very spacious and comfortable. Location was amazing, very central, we could walk everywhere. Diego who met us with the keys was lovely, talked us through the apartment and gave us some great recommendations.

The location was very good for a tourist and looking for a central location to visit the main points of Lisbon. Close to many landmarks, restaurants, shops, and very easy to walk or transit to other areas. Also quiet and very clean except noted below. The staff upon arrival was very friendly, however we expected more specific communication on certain points, per below.

Several items need attention for benefit of the traveler, whether it be for tourism or business, including the pre-arrival correspondence which was slow and inefficient from both Booking.com and the apartment owner. First was the vague confirmation of meeting us at our requested time to enter the apartment. We had to contact several times on this matter and never did received confirmation until 10 minutes before arrival. Then receiving only one key for two couples was inconvenient. The balance of the issues were mostly related to housekeeping and maintenance: only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in bathroom #2 and no extra in the master; no hand soap in either bathroom sinks or showers; no bath mats; one towel per person for 5 days (extras at cost); water running out of shower(s) onto floor due to both shower doors not closing or broken; bathroom door closing only half-way in one bathroom (sticking on floor) is unacceptable; similar sticking problem on door to master suite; no soap for dishwasher; no instructions on washer/dryer operation (more complex as it is one unit for both functions); unique single cup coffee brewer looks very nice but could not find the required coffee pods at any grocery store, so it was not useable; also needed to sweep dining room floor upon arrival.
