Spacious, well-equipped, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated apartment. Central location within easy walk of all the major sights in Murcia as well as a plethora of excellent eating options. Good contact with the host both for initial access and departure, and for any problem resolution.

My apartment was located on the first floor and fronted onto the narrow street and so therefore not suffused with a great deal of natural light.

Modern, bright, spacious and very central located. comfortable beds and good clima. Big nice bathtub

Some corners looked dirty, the kit joints were heavily used and need to be replaced ASAP in the bath. Also in the bath it exchange please the shower spray. please also exchange the cooking pans because they were not functional (one was not induction) and lost their coating.

The owner was very nice and helpful

There were a ton of ants we had to deal with multiple times a day every day and the door to the bathroom was broken so we couldn't shut it for fear of not being able to open it again

Fantastic location with everything required for a relaxing break.

Main overhead shower was very poor, handheld was better.
