Great location, a few minutes walk from the cathedral, the river, Pza de las Flores … So easy to get to all the places we wanted to go and right in the heart of this lovely city. The host, David, was very responsive and helpful , his communication was excellent at all times.

Fabulous central location close to tapas, restaurants and shops.

Ideally a second bedroom would have helped but the arrangements worked well. An outside balcony would have really made it special.

The apartment was a wonderful size and very comfy, we arrived very early but they happily took our cases so we could explore the city. The apartment is in a wonderful area of Murcia with all the attractions close by, make sure you also turn right out of the apartment as well as there are some wonderful restaurants around that area, El Secreto Restaurant and the tapas bar next door were excellent. We visited a nice restaurant called La Bella Lola in the main town which was nice and reasonably priced. The walk by the river is lovely and there is also a nice area over the bridge. There was some road noise from the main road at the end of the street but nothing we found to disturbing.

The large windows are lovely but we found them a little intrusive with the building opposite but we just kept the blinds at half mast.

Great location

The spacious apartment has a unique layout feeling like separate areas for kitchen, dining, lounge and bedroom in one open space. Fitments and equipment of exceptional quality including a wine cooler and remote control powered window blinds. Mood lighting and powered security locks were nice features. The combined washing machine and tumble dryer meant for three weeks one suitcase was enough saving excessive airline charges! Best shower rose and handheld head with excellent power along with luxury toiletries at this price level. A fully filtered water system therefore no need to buy bottles of water! Indeed best apartment in Spain over the last 12 years. Location, Location Location met in every respect. Owner David and his wife could not have been more welcoming and arranged cleaning to our schedule and a taxi to the airport.

A water jug for the fridge is being very picky.

Excellent location, clean & comfortable.Heating aircon system very effective. Good sized bed & very comfortable.Host was very helpful ,easily contactable and gave us very useful tips on places to visit and to eat.

WiFi was patchy at times. Some additional lighting needed on stairs.Otherwise property well supplied with appliances.

Location in the city center in a pedestrian zone within walking distance of all major points of interest. Very well equiped studio and nicely refurbished.
