La ubicación, estaba limpio.

El anfitrión/propietario ni estaba ni nos llamó, tuvimos que llamarlo nosotros porque estábamos en la puerta y no había nadie en ningún momento de nuestra estancia vimos a nadie ni nos llamaron. El edificio en el que se encuentra está en muy mal estado tanto de limpieza como de cuidado. Solicitamos cuna y no estaba ni montada, la cama supletoria no estaba abierta. Escaso menaje y muy estropeado.

Only one bedroom, two pull out beds (mattresses on these were not particularly comfortable) was difficult to block out light and noise in the open space

Great location set just 100 meters from El Teatro Romeo. The square was beautiful at night and really vibrant while the room was still very quiet despite being so close.

Nothing not to like tho it did take us a little while to find the room. However after a phone call to the host we were guided to the room over the phone. Great service 👏

Location, bid comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen

Difficult to locate exact building, they said someone would meet us there but we had to phone to be admitted. Not a problem if we had known.

The room is well equipped ,spacious and in a good area for restaurants and access to the city, Murcia was a surprise to us as it's a lovely , with some great squares with a good atmosphere.

It was very noisy, single glazed windows offer little to no sound protection , the bar at the end of the alley meant late night revellers which unfortunately meant we got very little sleep, we are accustomed to city centres stays and expect some noise but unfortunately this was excessive, I must point out that we are not party people , so if you choose this apartment and you like night life then it could be ideal.
