Lisbon Heart Santa Marta Apartment

The place was central and clean. It is small but has everything you need. The owner was kind, responsive and provided bread, milk, wine and fruits on arrival. He also was personable and helpful.

There was a lack of a hanging area for clothes or a towel in the bathroom. Other than that, all good.

What’s not to like. Big enough to spread out, good functional kitchen (we only used for breakfasts), two blocks off Avenue Libertade and walking distance from both Avenide and Pombal metros. 50 metres to a laundrette, 150 to a mini-mart, restaurants everywhere. Very friendly and helpful host there to meet us. Best of all, ground floor and at the bottom of a bloody steep hill.

Bathroom a bit tight but jeez, that’s a nothing compared to the pluses.

The apartment is super spacious, really comfortable, pretty quiet (it is at the street level but that wasn´t a problem), the location is great - near the metro and nice places to eat. It has an amazing heater (in Lisbon, it is usually colder inside than outside but not in this apartment). He left us some goodies for the first day which were very helpful.

It has a little bit of humidity but the host has a dehumidifier in the bathroom that works perfectly and if you leave a bit open the bedrooms window in the morning, it is not a problem at night.

I wanna go back as soon as possible!

Nice place! I never put review but this place deserve it. Good location, good hosting, good communication with the host, flexibility in the check in hours. Even they give us sone fruits, coffee and wine.

clean, spacious, location

The location is excellent, easy to get almost everywhere by foot, by metro. Antonio is a very friedly host and kept useful and timely communication with us. In the flat there is everything you need.

Not so good natural light in the flat, while understandable because of the old building.

Location. Near to the main tourist attractions..lots of restaurants nearby. The host is very customer oriented. He replies to my inquiries quickly. He even prepared bread, jam and refreshments for us. The house is kept clean and organized. Good thing it has a washing machine and another good thing it has a laundry shop nearby in which you can easily dry the clothes. Very convenient
