Central Lisbon Luxury Apartment

The apartment was perfect for our needs. It's clean, modern and comfortable with all the equipment you need. It is also nicely furnished with polished wooden floors and lovely rugs. It has air con which you need in the summer. It is in a residential area with very good transport links to the city centre.

Bernardo greeted us like a long lost cousin. He was very helpful and knew everything there was to know about the property. A big thank you to him. What wasn’t there to like. As soon as you walk through the door you know it’s a special place. Well loved and cared for. I really appreciated the art works and the decoration of the property. A glorious carpet in the lounge dinning area. Wish I could have had one like that at home. The kitchen was excellent as was the bathroom and shower. The bedrooms were very comfortable and it was all so very clean, tidy and well laid out. And it had a lift. That’s many plus signs in my book. And there was a bottle of wine in the fridge. So very hospitable. I would stay again and encourage anyone I knew to stay there as well.

I like a stainless steel kettle. It’s not a dislike just a recommendation.

The apartment is exceptional in every aspect. It is conveniently located close to transportation, groceries, and restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, had sufficient toiletries, and a kitchen that had everything you needed to make a meal. The owner promptly responded to all of our questions and our needs. I must also complement the owner in preparing a binder in multiple languages explaining how to use all of the appliances, emergency numbers, locations to hospitals, pharmacies, restaurants, and a map of the metro system. I highly recommend it without reservation.

Nest and tidy and in a quiet part of the City.

Not much really apart from it was a bit of a walk to some of the touristy parts of Lisbon. Maybe provide a tea towel for drying dishes but that’s all. Holding fee for damages / drinks from fridge etc was a bit steep at €350 ($587 AUD).

The property was perfect for my family with teens. It was clean, attractive and quiet. The information on the area, how to use the appliances, what to expect, etc. was clear and concise. It was close enough for a $10 Uber to the sights but far enough away for peace and quiet at night. Restaurants and grocery within walking distance. Neighborhood was safe and clean. Communication with the host, including getting the keys and a tour of the apartment was friendly and informative.

Nice property which is conveniently located. Plenty of food options, including a market, within walking distance. Public transportation is super close and you can reach other parts of Lisbon with ease. All in all a good option!
