Central Lisbon Luxury Apartment

The apartment was in a great location, very close to 3 metro lines. It has been professionally renovated, fairly recently, so it looks modern. The beds were very comfortable. Although there were A/C units in the apartment, we did not have to use them since there is a good air flow, when windows are open. Susana welcomed us and answered all our questions. Communication via WhatsApp with her was easy. Bottle of wine was a nice touch :) Thank you!

The apartment is located within a 5-minute walk from two metro stations, many restaurants and supermarkets just around the corner. Many other hotels are located in the area. There is a large park in the nationhood. Feels very safe on the streets at any time. Not too noisy. The property is well maintained; all the appliances are in a working condition. The owner was constantly in touch and immediately replied on any message.

If you stay as a family or a group of friends keep in mind that there is only one bathroom.

Alexandra and Susana welcomed us upon arrival. They told us of excellent restaurants in the superb located apartment (between Saldana and Parque metro stations) and a 15 min walk to Ave Liberdade. There were three of us so the two very comfortable bedrooms were perfect. Alexandra has excellent taste in her design of the apartment. It is very quiet and extremely comfortable.

The room was very nice, and I was particularly satisfied with the quick response to various requests. The lift was convenient for carrying luggages.

Drain of hand wash sink was not good when check-in, but it was promptly fixed.

The bad was comfortable. The area is good and quiet. The hamburger restaurant below and the Korean restaurant across the street were great. The host was friendly and helpful. It is a 15-minute drive from the airport. Great place. We had a good time there.

I don't think that in 2023, there's a need to get real keys and not virtual ones. We had to pay late check-in because our flight was delayed. If we had virtual keys, we could save 30 euros for the late check-in..... If you are a big person, please note that the shower is narrow.

Alexandra and Vasco are great hosts. Good communication and warm hospitality to make the check in very easy and stay very enjoyable. They also provide detailed local information to help the guests. The apartment is clean, quiet, well designed for comfort and convenience. Super markets and restaurants are only a few steps away.
