Appartamento bello e spazioso, in buono stato e accogliente per 7 persone

Locali e discoteche appena sotto l’appartamento. Musica altissima e urla fino alle 5 del mattino. Impossibile dormire. Comodo per il centro e i trasporti in ogni caso

Fuimos 6 personas durante 3 noches y únicamente dejaron 4 sobres de gel. Es un 4º sin ascensor que parce un 8º. Sin agua en el alojamiento a la llegada, tuvimos que solucionarlo nosotros mismos. Muy ruidosa por las noches, discotecas en la calle y muchos gritos

The apartment was roomy for a group of 6 and the beds were very comfortable.

This is a place for heavy partying and no sleep. The bars around are numerous and extremely loud (people literally banging on drums until 4 a.m.). The building is full of graffiti and looks worn out. Parts of the apartment are also badly abused. The showerhead holders were broken, the shower stalls had a lot of mold, one sink had a bad sewer smell, the dishes were scarce and some cracked or chipped. While we were there, the apartment below was being jackhammered and sawed apart at 9 am (which would be ok if it weren’t for not sleeping until 4am).

El ruido de la calle, es zona de marcha y nosotras al ir de fin de semana se oía ruido.

Nice apartment, well located, spacious

When we arrived the door wouldn't open and it took more than 1 person to force it open. When contacted the host said we should try to open pulling and turning the key at the same time after a while of trying and the door opened and the problem didn't happen again. It was a very strong smell of drain in the main bathroom and even after flushing the toilet and sink and having showers it never went away. You can hear a feel when people walk in the apartment. The host only provided 1 bin bag for the 3-night stay of 7 people, and when contacted they said they only provide 1 bag. If you are in a group of friends is a great location for pubs and nightclubs but if you're travelling with your family you won't get any rest as it is in a very busy noisy area until late at night. No basic supplies provided for staying, only a few soaps.

El apartamento está reformado y es muy cómodo. Bien equipado.

Que fuera un cuarto piso sin ascensor con unas escaleras de subida no muy cómodas

Bruits dans la rue en soirée et la nuit. Moisissures dans les salles de bain.
