FLH Bairro Alto Bright Flat

The place is bigger than most AirBnb;s you find in Europe. Lots of room, great living area, and nice kitchen area. Big fridge as well. There is air-conditioning which was really helpful because it was so hot during the time we were there.

4th floor (5th story) apartment with NO ELEVATOR. This was a huge challenge when you have big luggages. I don't recommend this if you don't travel light or if you are traveling with seniors or people who may have trouble with stairs or lifting luggage. It was also quite noisy at night - the bars get really loud. 3am you still here people talking loudly down the streets.

location is at the heart of Barrio alto. for people who loves night life this is perfect. for family, not so much. close to the view of the whole city. lots of places to eat at. accessible to taxis, trams, etc. lots of walking with hilly part. Just take taxi. the place is very spacious, all amenities are working. love the common room and the kitchen. 2 bathrooms are very spacious.

NO ELEVATOR and its on the 5TH FLR. if you have luggage...goodluck. I have 3 seniors, and I almost got new airbnb. my mom and my aunt almost cried when they saw the stairs... its great apartment, lots of space for the family but the stairs kills it. and the NOiSE at night. I am not familiar with Barrio alto so every night its party night. not a good place for family and people who can't sleep with so much noise.

Good central location with easy access to transport and local attractions. The area is busy but feels safe. The apartment provides everything you need, even for a longer stay and the staff responds promptly to questions and requests.

Nice, spacious and comfy.

I would prefer if they at least provide toilet paper and shower gel.

Well equipped, nicely designed, spacious flat. It was nice to have AC in every room and two bathrooms. Additionally we enjoyed the possibility to wash our clothes and the fully equipped kitchen. The location was great with everything nearby (restaurants, cafés, supermarket) just few minutes away from metro station.

Unfortunately the flat is located in the same building with a bar on the ground floor and other bars nearby, therefore you have to be prepared to hear loud music in 1am. It is something you get used to, but it is not welcomed. Additionally, we had to wait for the cleaning ladies to finish their work even though we arrived at 4pm (hour after the check-in time). But that I think was just an error in timing not something that happens regularly.
