The location of the apartment was good

Services paid for but not provided. Poor handling of a serious issue. We had a confirmed reservation. While on the way from the airport to the property, we were informed that a water problem had appeared that same morning and that hot water would only be available by using a specific “mechanism.” This was the first time we were told about the issue, leaving us no opportunity to make alternative arrangements. That evening, the apartment was cold. The property provided electric heaters but did not inform us that using them would repeatedly shut down the electricity. The power went out 5–6 times, and we had to manually reset the circuit breaker ourselves each time. Hot water was not available at all, despite following the instructions provided. As no solution was offered that evening, we had to heat water ourselves in order to wash. The property did not offer any practical help or alternative that night. When we raised concerns about the temperature, we were advised to use fewer heaters and place one in the hallway. This did not result in acceptable indoor conditions. Communication was extremely poor. There was no working phone contact, only delayed messages. Even Booking was unable to reach the property by phone on multiple occasions. The following day, an alternative accommodation was suggested. Shortly after, we were told that our reservation had been canceled by Booking and that moving would require an additional payment of 190 EUR. Booking later confirmed that the reservation had not been canceled. Only after Booking was informed did the host withdraw the extra charge and acknowledge the mistake. By the time a solution was finally offered (around 8 PM it was too late. Due to the lack of heating, hot water, reliable electricity, and clear communication, we chose to leave and did not stay the remaining two nights. The property is currently not cooperating with Booking regarding the refund. Please be careful when choosing this property.

Comodidad de las camas y almohadas tan difícil de encontrar, amplitud de habitaciones, ubicación. Nos faltó un juego de toallas y en 5 minutos teníamos a Antonio con el juego en casa.

Por decir algo, un baño para 5 mujeres, y eso que hay capacidad para 6, hubiera sido la leche tener un aseo más pero complicado. Las escaleras para acceder, no para carrito de bebé ni silla de ruedas. El edificio es antiguo pero ya lo sabíamos cuando lo reservamos.
