Spacious apartment, coffee from the host for the first day, hot water always, good location

The host was not responsive through chat so we should have to call him for everything. The balcony door didn't have a key so you can't keep valuable things while you are not there. The apartment was pretty dirty and with dust.

David was a really nice host, he gave us clear explanation and the communication was really good. The location of the apartment is extraordinary, really close to everything in the bairro alto. Additionally there are plenty of places to have food nearby.

In the middle room sometimes it could be to hot. The street sometimes could be a little bit noise. Maybe a bit more clean in the whole apartment could be great. Apart from that, everything was as we expected.

Good central location

Leaking taps, running toilet, temperamental shower. No toilet paper, no hand soap, no hand towel, no pillowcase on one of the pillows. Broken furniture, doors and light fittings. Owner unresponsive when checking in so we waited 2 hours. Then he did not assist when asked for some basic supplies. This could be a charming property with some very basic improvements and care from the owner.

The location is very nice, not too far from the end of the 28 tram. You can also see the trams passing by the balcony. The apartment has three bedrooms, a big living room, and so it is enough for a big family.

Although the facilities in the kitchen and bathroom work okay, they are a bit old. It would be nice to have them updated of course.

Perfect location 200 mtrs from tram 28 stop lots of small independent cafes in street with very good value local food.

The house was very spacious. It was in a great location. We would definitely stay there again.
