great apartment. Atmospheric surroundings, just like the apartment. Large, comfortable. very important - great contact with the owner - great help with leaving luggage. We highly recommend this place to feel the atmosphere of Lisbon!

Location is perfect. The terrace also. There is everything you may need.

The keys were easy to get on arrival as the owner had an employee meet us there. As our plane got in late, the employee had to meet us later by 1-2 hours to let us in. We had to pay an extra 30E for the overtime and I felt bad he had to stay late. It's a shame there isn't a way to put a key code on the 2 doors in order to avoid this for us, the owner and the employee, especially with the common delay in flights these days. The owner was very nice to let us leave our bags for several hours the next day without a charge. I would absolutely stay here again when in Lisbon. Location is excellent.

there isn't any AC if that's important to you but they do have a couple fans. 1 of the bedrooms is next to the street with restaurant noise and late night trash pickup.

Excellent location. Spacious flat with a lovely balcony. Friendly host who responded very quickly.

I think it is very nice handy place to stay. Great view outside. Love washing line in back yard and sitting outside

The shower support was broken. It is a very noisy location. The property needs another bathroom/toilet. If 5-6 visitors are there, it could be difficult.

The location is excellent and you are right in the heart of the wonderful Poco de Negros. Bars and cafes and good transport links. The apartment was clean and spacious and super comfortable. You are outside where the 28 runs, so there was noise, but we didn't mind that, as it was quite buzzing. It was quiet and cosy at night too.

The taxi driver needed the number on the apartment which was not provided, but this was sorted quickly through a telephone conversation between the cab driver and David our host. Might be worth having this on the booking to save others not knowing the exact location. Just a friendly suggestion. :)

Home feel appartment though a bit old. Could have a taste of how local residents live.

Would suggest the owner to change the door knob of the toilet door.

Great location for easy access to public transit. Nice to have the large windows on both sides of the apartment for daylight. Owner was helpful with the colder weather (5-10 C) during winter and brought us a heater upon request.

Apartment is well worn from rentals. Missing some kitchen tools. Drains were plugged or very slow in the tub and the kitchen sink. Bathroom sink drain leaked onto floor. some cleaning supplies or a broom would have been helpful as we had an extended stay of 10 days.
