Just the swimming pool

The bathroom was not clean as it should be. I stayed 6x nights with no maid to clean. We had to clean ourselves. For the ammount paid this was supposed to be done. Check in time in relation to check out time is ridiculous. Must be out by 9am. Have to hoot at gate to get in and out. No freedom of movement. As for kitchen utensils, i wont get started. Over all, i stayed in much better places at much better rates.

Guests were not given keys, and were given a curfew, otherwise, they would not be allowed to enter the premises.

Room bedding was dirty and room standard was very poor

Bed and bedding. Mattress poor or damaged and dirty house that I had to wait while they tried to clean

Their facilitator Mr Steyn was an amazing lad who knew what to say and how to say it. He even updated us on some issues we may come across and assured our comfort and he took great care of the place as well, which is commendable since he is working alone because of some workplace managerial health issues, and Nick shows exemplary skills and is doing a great job stepping up and filling in for the manager, I hope they get better soon Mr Steyn, and take care.
