100 on Girvan

100 on a GIRVAN - DEON STRAUSS THE OWNER...A THIEF Addressed to Deon Strauss - A total misunderstanding that led to horrible behaviour by the host in charge (the MOST HORRIBLE & UNRULY Afrikaans woman and the owner ...Deon Strauss of 100 on Girvan. The booking was made on booking.com and I was well within check in time. When i got to the resort the Afrikaans lady in charge was totally rude with a racist attitude and said she knew nothing about the booking. I then told her its impossible cos i have a booking confirmation(1st issue). She then called the owner and spoke in Afrikaans to him. She then comes back to us and in an abrupt manner informing us that the room was not ready and she has to dress the bed(2nd issue) which i understood although this was part of my stay time. The problem arose when she took her time about getting the room sorted out(issue 3). The fourth and biggest issue was when SHE STARTING USING THE SAME DIRTY BED LINEN FROM THE PREVIOUS GUESTS TO DRESS THE BED WITH AND EXPECTED US TO BE FINE WITH IT. When I questioned her about it on 3 occasions, she just ingored my concern and continued dressing the bed with the same soiled bed linen(I have pics to prove). I then asked her to give me the owners number which she refused. I told her all of this is intolerable and she should use clean linen and this is taking up our "stay" time and by right I should be compensated with and extra hour of time when it comes to check out. She refused. She called the owner and once again spoke to him in Afrikaans. By then I was really upset and demanded to speak to the owner which she refused to allow. I  insisted that I will put this scenario on social media as I am a guest and being a host you should be accomodating as I have paid in full for the booking. The owner comes in arrogantly(5th issue) with a henchman as if to scare me and instead of questioning me, swore at me and my fiance "GET THE F*@K OUT OF HERE NOW"...(4x) ...

Location is ideal as the area offers loads of activities and shops. The pool is definitely an added bonus. I would only suggest they add a clothing horse or windy dryer to hang wet clothing. Other then That we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon.
