Vita Portucale ! Downtown Premium Apartment with Parking Garage

Sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen ja asiointi henkilökunnan kanssa oli helppoa. Sijainti oli hyvä, lähellä metroa ja kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista ja rannasta.

Heti ulko-oven edessä käytettiin huumeita. Tyynyt olivat hyvin litteitä ja kovia.

Parking privé. Centre ville facile d'accès. Appartement sécurisé.

Appartement très moyen, climatiseur perd de l'eau, et se déboite tout le temps, literie très mauvaise,. Aucune alèse de matelas. Matelas taché et sale. Aucun draps housse. Machine a laver le linge non adaptée pour des cours séjours, 1er cycle 3 heures. Pas de pinces à linge. Tables de nuit ne tiennent pas au mur, ampoule lampe de chevet manquantes. Malgré deux ventilateurs, appartement très chaud. Quartier fréquenté par beaucoup de drogués.

Central Location; the parking garage was very comfortable and the person who showed us to our apartment was very available and friendly.

The bed wasn't the cleanest (we found hair before even sleeping in it), they were two beds so they kept separating, and the mattresses were very thin. The towels were also a bit dirty, and there were no basic pantry items like salt, olive oil, etc. Overall the apartment didn't seem very homey.

Location is good as it is a 10 min walk up a hill from central center area. There is a nice cafe just a little further up that has outside seating and great prices. Security on building seemed good. The apartment itself was a good size with two fans and a portable AC unit. Bathroom appeared clean. Kitchen had basic necessities to make a meal in if you wanted and there was a dishwasher microwave and washing machine. Small balconies off bedroom kitchen and living room.

On arrival into the apartment there was a musty odor. A cleaning rag was left in bathroom and the bedding was old and did not smell clean. The pillows had stains on them and their coverings and the mattress pad was stained. I contacted staff and requested 4 NEW pillows and fresh or new linen. We came back and there was clean newer linen and towels that smelled fresh. I assumed that the pillows were new until next day when I found spare pillows in closet that were the filthy old ones so I checked the ones on bed and they had simply covered them with new pillow cases. I had explained to staff this was unhealthy and unacceptable. I can deal with older furniture and lack of simple amenities. But cleanliness is a must and new sheets towels and pillows when worn down is not a large expense. The entire place needs a deep clean and I would suggest throwing out old throw pillows.

Apartament jest znakomity, znajduje się w nim wszystko co może być potrzebne na krótki pobyt w Lizbonie. Ma świetną lokalizacje w samym centrum, dosłownie kilka kroków od stacji metra Martin Moniz. sklepu spożywczego, restauracji, kawiarni. Na wyciągnięcie ręki jest stare miasto i pełno miejsc do zwiedzania oraz przystanek z którego odjeżdza słynny żółty tramwaj nr 28. Z całego serca polecam pobyt w Vita Portucale !

logement conforme à l'annonce et très bien placé dans la ville. Bâtiment sécurisé et parking facilement accessible.

un certain manque de propreté (sol non nettoyé avant notre arrivée). Quelques bestioles types fourmis, cafards. les manivelles des stores cassées et non fonctionnelles. Il manquait également le fer à repasser et il y avait une fuite sous le lavabo.

No respetaron nuestra hora de llegada después de avisar previamente. De 3 ventanas,dos persianas no subían y otra ventana no abría. Como aire acondicionado había un pingüino que expulsaba agua,cuando funcionaba. Había cucarachas que salían continuamente en todo el apartamento. Se puso en conocimiento del tlf que teníamos de contacto y nos dicen que no lo pueden solucionar. Al abrir el horno para cocinar había un papel albal con restos de comida de los clientes anteriores. En el único armario que hay,la mitad está lleno de cosas, radiadores, tabla de planchar....ni fregona, ni cepillo.( Para recoger el agua del pingüino y del lavabo que también goteaba.

Il parcheggio privato comodissimo. La posizione ( il centro si raggiunge con una passeggiata e la fermata della metro vicina). Appartamento carino e ben arredato.

L appartamento necessita di manutenzione: 2 tapparelle su 3 non funzionanti ( con il risultato che il soggiorno era molto buio ) e una finestra ( sempre in soggiorno ) che non si riusciva ad aprire il, lavandino in bagno perdeva.
