convenient location with elevator access to two levels of the city and the car park! the room was cheery and beautifully decorated. a washing machine was a fantastic addition!

Great location. Walking distance to many attractions. Safe stay. Multiple layers of security (gated parking garage, gated building access, passcode elevator, required key to open/close apartment door).

The property could use a bit of maintenance. Small holes in walls need patches. Well used pillows, linens and towels. Clogged sink drain. Kitchen utensils are dill, chipped and/or bent. Couch leather is peeling at the seams. Couch hide-a-bed is unstable. It easily falls out of placement. Artwork is missing off walls. Mattresses are think foam pads. Not very sanitary. The place generally just needs updating after being in service for several years. We also found about 20-25 bed bugs in the bedroom. The management staff were quick to provide fresh linens and plan to address the problem, but it speaks to the condition of the property and needing through cleaning and updating.

Someone was waiting for us at our arrival and help us park the car which was very good. It is very well located and clean.

Beautiful apartment. Lots of nice touches. Very centrally located. Great value for money.

I was travelling with my boyfriend and it was two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed and then tended to separate!

cucroach worms in the apartments spoils all the pluses … sorry guys time to do something about it because it scares people and makes vacation uncomfortable. most decorations, pictures frames are broken and need replacement - it ruins overal image and the fix is cheep . in room air conditioning is noisy and inefficient- can’t imagine using it in July , was ok for October . Finally one wine glass in Lisboa Portugal … overall lack of caring in a nice apartment.
