Apartamento central e confortável junto ao bairro da Graça

I only liked the apartment because the host and the location were terrible. Far from everything. Not worth it.

Misleading location. The apartment is not in Graça, but at least 20 minutes away from Graça. It's in the Penha de França neighborhood, far away, distant from the metro, and far from everything. To make matters worse, the host didn’t let us into the apartment before 5 pm (even though the listing doesn’t mention anything about that). We couldn’t even store our luggage beforehand, and we had to pay for a locker, exhausted from the trip without access to the apartment. And at checkout time, at 11 am, there was already a cleaning person at the door ready to kick us out. I have never seen such a lack of consideration.

When there was a small issue with the tv the host was very prompt in fixing it and very happy to help me when i became ill The apartment was amamzing

Comfortable and good size, location away from the city center so quieter (easy walk), easy access to the apartment. Host was helpful and friendly.

Nothing really but I think the bathroom could be improved by adding somewhere to put your clothes and stuff while you are showering

The location is close to the central, the owner is helpful and very kind, the apartment are nice and clean and comfortable with child as well. We were happy to stayed there!

The apartment offered quite a bit of space and two separate bedrooms. The living room area was also with a nice big table and comfortable couch, which adds to the comfort. Kitchen was also well equiped, although some of the appliances were bit outdated, but still OK. Area of the apartment is not touristic at all, so was very quiet in the evenings. While not in the central area, it was still about 45 min walk to the center and also allows for a good trip to it passing by many POIs. It was close to public transport, but if one decides to use, definitely take the Lisbon card, as you may need to change means of transport to reach the apartment. In any case, it is in a nice safe area, a walking distance to many restaurants or other places in Lisbon.

While the apartment was nice and clean overall, the bathroom definitely needs update. The shower curtain needs to be replaced ASAP as it shows signs of extended use - this is very cheap thing to replace so I see no reason not to replace regularly. Also light in the bathroom is insufficient and mirror is inadequate, which may be a personal thing, but I believe these are also easy and cheap to change and improve considering the price. We were in January and the place was cold as there is no central heating but a few oil electric radiators. This is very ineficient way of heating and also we didn't leave them on while away to avoid any issue. For this reason I would've expected to have some slippers as the floor was really cold and uncomfortable. While some people bring personal slippers, when on a short trip, there is not always room for them in a backpack - again a cheap but necessary addition for higher points.
