Apartamento central e confortável junto ao bairro da Graça

The apartment is in a residential area with lots of choice for eating out for breakfast etc. 10 minute walk to the metro. All good!

Nothing. Perfect for a short city stay.

When we first arrived we thought we were far away from everything. We ubered down to the centre each morning except our last morning ( we stayed 4 nights) we decided to walk. Wow it was a fantastic walk! It took about 30 min but we took our time-so worth it. Don’t miss it- lots of street art, plus Tram 28 is only about a 15 min walk away. The apartment was great- very clean and comfortable. There was even cold beer and water in the fridge. ( nice touch). There was a lift but only one out of three was working and VERY slow, as we were only on the second floor we mainly used the stairs. I would definitely recommend.

On arrival there is no sign to let us know we were at the right place- even taxi driver thought we were wrong. All four of us aren’t the best with technology so getting in was challenging, but once we worked it out we were ok. We had contact with owner but it took awhile to get response ( we did get answers eventually ) one of our party smoked so she would go down and smoke on the street- she used the keys but the key to the apartment was problematic. Our last morning something happened and 3 of us were locked in and she was locked out. Again we couldn’t contact anyone- after 15 min we got it to work but it left us a little rattled. Not sure what happened…? Other than that great place- nice to come back to a non touristy spot after the hordes of tourists in the centre. Also no air conditioning - no problem for us in October but in summer could be uncomfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at the central and comfortable apartment near the Graça District in Lisbon. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the attractions while providing a peaceful retreat. The location of the apartment was absolutely superb. Situated within walking distance to the coast and surrounded by breathtaking viewpoints. The convenience of being able to explore the big part of the city on foot and easily access the coast made our stay even more enjoyable. As for the apartment itself, we couldn't have asked for more. It was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The attention to detail was remarkable, and I truly appreciated the efforts put into making the space feel like a home away from home. There is even a dedicated workspace! One of the highlights of our stay was the host's exceptional responsiveness and genuine kindness. From the moment I made the booking, he was always prompt in communication and went above and beyond to ensure that my questions were answered and any concerns were addressed. His willingness to assist and provide helpful recommendations made me feel truly welcomed and taken care of throughout my entire stay. Furthermore, the contactless check-in process was a fantastic feature that added to the overall convenience and safety. It was incredibly easy and efficient, allowing us to settle in quickly without any hassle. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

The apartment is very clean and complete with all necessary equipment. Another mention for the kindness of Sig. Guilherme. You find close to the apartment also a pharmacy and a Lidl Market. The centre is far with 15/20 minutes walking.

Location was very well connected to the airport and to all the tourist-y bits you'd want to visit in Libson and it also had lots of great amenities nearby. There was a small playground at the top of the road which was great for children and a Lidl right behind the aparment. It was very clean and comfortable!

The only thing that we didn't like was out of the host's control. The elevator's in the building were quite slow and would sometimes take several minutes to come. The home is on the 2nd (3rd if you're British) floor so easily walkable but we had a small child and a pram so it was easier to just wait.
