The location of the property was perfect very close to tourist attractions in Lisbon

Could have had some kitchen amenities such as tea, coffee, sugar and basic seasonings

This apartment is uptown of all the tourism sites, souvenir shops, and busy restaurants. However, it is across the street from a major metro line, and has some very good restaurants within 1-2 blocks. It is quiet and safe.

I would have liked better bathroom amenities, like shower gel and shampoo.

The location is great, in the nice area, close to Avenue of liberty. We felt safe and comfortable. The apartment is on the small street, so there is no noice of the traffic, and not too many people around. It is very spacious and clean, everything is new inside, it is very nice apartment!

The entrance bow to do self check-in would be better, but it was also ok like this.

The key situation of an electronic key was terrible .Mould in bathroom ,broken blind ,no extra blanket ,broken cupboard ,no tea bags or coffee,

Getting into the property was not easy. The instructions need to be precise and not confusing. Turning the door knob one way or the other makes a huge difference and we were given “turn” the knob “ not turn the knob “RIGHT” and push to open. It took about 20 minutes of trying to get a text and then a new signal sent to try and open the door again and again. Just be more precise.

Fantastic spacious apartment. Very modern and clean and felt super safe with securely locked main door only accessible by door code.

Only negative was there was no safe therefore we had to carry out passports about with us daily when leaving the apartment.
