Good location, city center, large bright apartment

There was no washing powder and for 3 days of stay there was only 1 dishwasher capsule

"Good, quiet location, could use some TLC"

The AC did not turn on and despite messaging the host varies times, nothing was ever done to correct the issue. They sent messages with troubleshooting tips, but never fixed the issue. Bathroom also need a good cleaning, lots of moldy spots in certain areas also very little linens provided. 1 towel per person and no extra linens for any of the beds. Only one pillow per person as well and mattress was extremely hard.

The flat was lovely and so comfortable. Plenty of room and facilities. Great location and so quiet

Lift was out of order one of our days. We only booked the flat because it had a lift. However, anything that went wrong in and around we discovered was responded to with great expediency

"Great space and location but poor shower facility"

The apartment was well situated and well appointed.

The shower door had clearly been leaking for months (if not years) as there was mould outside of the shower door. Skirting in the bathroom and bedroom had warped due to constant wetting. The staff tried twice to fix it while we were there but it still leaks and needs full replacement.

The location is great and the size of the rooms is good

Elevator did not work during the whole stay. Did not enjoy carrying the luggage up and down three floors.

"Spotless and great location!"

Immaculately clean, great location and felt very safe. Late night remote access to the apartment worked well too. Plenty of room.

Shower cubicle leaked. Would’ve been a nice touch to have a welcome pack with some milk, bread and teabags / coffee.

A comfortable, well equipped apartment in a fantastic location to visit the wonderful city of Lisboa. The team are super helpful, and the neighbourhood is a nice area to be in and around. Genuinely feels like home.
