FLH Augusta's Arch Design Apartment

Very nicely designed unit with generous space and nice bathrooms in convenient location

Horrible key and entry system. Very inconvenient and cumbersome. Only one key for two bedroom unit is very inconvenient and unacceptable. Also tiny plastic pouch of soap is not environmental and not sufficient for multi day say. Has a washer but no detergent, and no paper towels or napkins in kitchen. Only one towel for four day stay is also very minimal.

The location was amazing! Perfect location. The apartment was large and comfortable and well equipped with a full kitchen and lovely comfortable furniture. We were disappointed that we could not figure out the washer and dryer. 4 intelligent adults with instructions provided and we had to go and use the laundromat! Also 1 towel per adult for 5 days was not enough and the hairdryer had no power at all. It barely blew any air and it was not hot! My hair looked like Monica (Friends) when she went to Barbados! Other than those 3 minor issues we loved our stay in Lisbon.

Third time renting and it was great every time

Location was Fantastic and the unit was clean.

There was on coffee or condiments for the coffee maker.

Plenty of space, good sized bedrooms with ensuites. Well equipped kitchen.

Can be noisy at night. Ear plugs recommended.

Location is good. Spacious and clean

Does not even provide basic amenities such as tea bags and coffee It is not costly and it makes the apartment more welcoming Toiletries are cheap

The property is very spacious and the location is very convenient for trains and sightseeing.

The property isn’t stocked with amenities. An ounce of dish soap, 1 dishwasher pod and 1 trash liner. Trash cans for building are located in entrance hallway (which you smell upon entering), but we were unable to use them due to lack of trash bags.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and a great location

We had many problems being locked out of our apartment as our gobs did not register. We had to deal with someone over the phone and made to feel stupid. They had to send out someone twice to sort it out and on the 2nd occasion they changed the lock. Only other negative feedback was there were no condiments, dishwashing tablets etc...no start off pack. Apart from the negatives, this apartment was ideally located in the busy pedestrian area near the waterfront, Augusta's Arch and restaurants etc.
