"Very nice apartment, quiet, spacious and very clean."

Location, apartment is ample and spacious, clean and easy check in/check out. It is great for sightseeing as it’s close to everything but equally is very quiet. Comfortable chairs, big dining table and comfy couch to relax after the long walks around the city. It really felt like coming home and having some downtime. Shower with really good pressure. Basic toiletries provided for 1-2 days.

The usb by the bed does not work, needs fixing and the fact that there could be some kitchen basics like oil, salt, sugar, tea. Essentials for breakfast for the next day would have been welcome…

No breakfast. Location is awesome

The lock in the door is different to open, but they helped us out through thr phone.

We stayed at this lovely, well-equipped apartment for 3 nights. The whole apartment was light and bright, the beds were comfortable and the ensuite bathrooms were spotlessly clean with good showers. It was nice to have an extra toilet! The location was perfect, right next to Augusta's Arch and Commerce Square where our walking tour started. It was very comfortable and spacious for 4 adults. Highly recommended.

"Wonderful stay with great staff support."

The location was fabulous. Barbara and other staff members were wonderful. We arrived early and they were kind enough to let us leave our luggage there. If you to be near where it is lively, music and lots of restaurants and near waterfront-this is your place.

Little details but extra trash bags so we could discard things properly. Very minor-we made do.

"Superb"

We love this apartment and it's location. I'm glad the management has a line of communication to discuss issues we found on our 1st day.There was a problem with the door lock and they quickly sent their technician to resolve the matter.
