It wasn’t fit for use

It was central, and had two bedrooms

The apartment is very old and at the top of 8 flights of stairs, the lock on the door is annoying and almost doesn't work due to how old it is. The ceilings are very low in a lot of rooms making it feel cramped. The walls need replastering and repainting, every single door fails to close properly and the bathroom door is coming apart. One of the beds is extremely creaky and loud while the other one has springs that are basically at end of life so it feels collapsed in the middle. The lights flicker sometimes due to ancient wiring. It's just very outdated and hasn't been given the TLC it needs to shine and you really feel that staying in it, its not extremely bad but you don't feel great staying in it either. The location is very central but being somewhat further out wouldn't have been an issue anyway since taxis in lisbon are dirt cheap and the metro runs well. The 4th floor location means you don't want to go back during the day too. You can probably find somewhere better to stay.

Honestly, not the best experience. The doors were super flimsy and none of them had locks not even the bathroom ones, which was really uncomfortable. The place looked way more spacious in the pictures, but in reality, it felt pretty cramped. The beds were in rough shape one step on them and they’d start creaking like they were about to collapse. There was no cold water in the sink, which made washing dishes a hassle. You actually had to turn off the heater to get cold water, then turn it back on for a shower… total time-waster. There’s a TV, but there are no channels. And if you're over 6 feet tall, definitely skip this place. Also, if you're the type who needs a little extra space or comfort in the toilet, just… think twice.

El lugar está bien muy céntrico. Todo lo necesario para una estadía de tres días. La Anfitriona siempre estuvo pendiente y contestando, fue excelente .

No comprendimos al leer lo de la llave y la ubicación, donde se encontraba. Y la puerta si tiene un gran costo para abrirla y cerrarla Y a las escaleras les falta bastante iluminación. Si yo sé que van a decir el teléfono tiene luz, pero siempre lo andaba descargado, Después de tantas fotos …

Sauberkeit

Bettengröße nur sehr schmal. Nicht geeignet für 2 erwachsene Personen Sehr steiler Aufstieg. Vorsicht hier mit Kindern. Vermieter schickt auch nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung keine Rechnung!

De gezellige ligging, goed bed, perfect werkend vuur en een ruim voldoende groot appartement voor 2 personen. De wifi was ook top! Veel stopcontacten, strijkijzer, haardroger,…

Het water was koud, heel de week koud moeten douchen omdat de boiler niet aan kon. De deur ging in het begin super moeilijk open. We belde dan naar de eigenaar en die zei gewoon dat we aan de sleutel moesten draaien. Dit hielp natuurlijk niet zo veel maar na twee dagen hadden we het systeem door dat je de sleutel een tikkeltje naar buiten moest trekken en dan moest draaien…. De grond was ook wel niet super proper, mijn witte sokken waren vuil na 1 dag.

La situation géographique dans Lisbonne

Rapport qualité/prix très décevant, portes qui ne ferment pas, manquent d'ustensiles pour cuisiner, pour le ménage, porte de douche défectueuse, absence d'eau froide dans la cuisine! télé sans programmation, absence d'alèzes sur les matelas, porte d'entrée très difficile à ouvrir.

There was no air conditioning, I couldnt sleep well at night because I was sweating a like a horse !

Very nice apartment in the centre of town! However, it's a 4th floor without elevator, so not grew for people w reduced mobility. Other than that, it was perfect!
