There is nothing good in property. Better to sleep on roads then staying here. Hopelessly bad.

I had horrible experience with the property . Main door keys didnt not work as expected. Had to make various calls and got concierge at site who helped to open door.

The apartment door is difficult to open .Main light wasn't working .Beds were uncomfortable need better mattresses.

This is the worst apartment I've ever lived in. And the owner of the apartment who does not respond to the SOS signal. The apartment is in the attic and very cold in the winter. It is reached by a steep narrow staircase with no light on the lower floors. It is very difficult to open the door lock. The bathroom sink was clogged. We had to clean it out with a plunger. The kitchen window has a huge gap. It is impossible to turn on the battery and the kettle at the same time; the plugs are knocked out instantly. Very weak Wi-Fi signal. You need to sit directly in the front of the router. Thin blankets, bad pillows. Mold on the wall in one bedroom. But the worst thing is the cockroaches. There are a huge number of them in the kitchen and they run into the bedroom adjacent to the kitchen. The water heater does not always heat the water. Sometimes there was only enough hot water for one person in the shower. Some days there was no hot water at all. The shower door is broken. Flat's owner gave two residents two rolls of thin toilet paper for a week (later we bought toilet paper and left it for the next residents). 2 garbage bags were only in the bin in the kitchen and bathroom.Еthere were no more bags. In the kitchen there are only a few plates of different sizes (there were no soup plates), two saucepans and no frying pans, 6 cups, 1 glass and 1 wineglass left over from the previous occupants. We left her another wineglass, which we got when we have bought portwine in a cafe. The kettle’s lid did not close. The only thing that was good was the central location of the apartment and the decision of the flats owner to place the key to the apartment, because we arrived late in the evening. The owner of the apartment did not prepare it for the arrival of guests. The router was not turned on, the apartment was icy. There are no printed rules on the site for the use of electrical equipment.
