The location.

It had small maintenance problems. Missing lamp, washing machine cabinet door, proper wine glasses and wine opener.

Great building and great location, though being one of the most touristy areas of Lisbon it comes with its own drawbacks

The unit was in a sorry state of disrepair and none of our requests were addressed in a timely manner or at all. I ignored the reviews from other people and I shouldn't have. This unit demanded a huge price for our month-long stay and for that price I expect the absolute best quality and service, we got neither. We were a family of 4 and we received a single key for the whole duration of our stay, making it very inconvenient for us. The headboard was very damaged as was the furniture and kitchen cabinetry. The condition being very different than the one portrayed in their pictures (see my attached pictures). Two faucets were falling apart and the A/C never worked during our whole stay in the summer. The best they managed to do was provide a single portable fan (for 2 rooms). The apartment had a smell of sewage and food coming from the restaurant below that was never dealt with and simply disgusting and unhealthy. Add to that the noisy neighborhood, drunk people and nightly trash pickup right across from our window. After all these issues we were offered a measly non-negotiable refund for all the inconveniences. If you want to stay for a couple of nights and don't mind all these issues and price but for a long stay this is a unit to be avoided.

Location is super, several times stayed in the same building and will come back more if available. The space you get for the price is good. Modern building.

The apartment is a bit run down, small maitenance is needed.

The location was excellent, the place was really clean. Unit door to get to the refrigerator do need some attention and repair. Overall, the unit was really nice, convenient and very good for the value.

Update unit a bit more. Make it a bit more brighter.

To our horror, there was a pile of dirty towels in the toilet left from the previous guests and no clean towels! Luckily we had our own (beach towels), also garbage and empty bottles left in the kitchen area, and dirty bed sheets with previous guests' hair on it. Technically the property was not cleaned at all from previous guests. This is absolutely disgraceful and violates the business agreement of the services provided.

Location

Bad lighting and the light at the bathroom wasn't working, and it had been replaced with a floor lamp from the living room.

Everything was perfect, neat and clean, very good location.

only problem was the internet. I stayed 1 week. for the whole week there was no internet. notified about the internet but nobody solved it.
