"perfect holiday in a beautiful place and a good place to sleep"

excellent contact with the facility staff. Our flight was delayed and Diogo Lemos waited for us and we were able to check in at 00:15 I will definitely come back :)

The only thing I can comment on is the noise in the morning, which resulted from (probably) cleaning in the restaurants that are downstairs of the building.

the accomodation is very nice confertable, clean and well organized the location is really good close to time out

just the time i arrived and found no key avalable we had to wait for almost 1 hr

The location was perfect. The bed was pretty comfortable and the amenities were great. The bathroom very fancy.

It seemed like the floor wasn’t cleaned before, it was dusty. Also, at first there was a weird smell but it went away after opening up the window. We were 3 and asked for the couch to be set up as a sofa cama but it wasn’t and there were only 2 sets of towels. But we managed to deal with this minor issues.

The location was perfect. Convenient, near good restos, near the main train station. The apartment was clean, looked very modern, good size, and mostly complete w/ all the necessary basic appliances. The host was communicative and accommodating.

Wifi did not work, so had to spend for international global roaming services. The freezer inside the ref was frozen up (full of ice) so could not use it. Only 1 card key was given (hopefully, guests can get at least 2 next time). Frankly, I think it was just unfortunate that these things occurred during our short stay. Hosts tried their best to remedy the concerns. I'm sure these will already be addressed. Still a good option for Lisbon!
