Bela Vista - Lissabon Altstadt

L'emplacement juste à cote du jardin d Estrela et la basilique magnifique. Le logement impec ,il ne manquait rien pour y sejourner un moment , la bouteille d'eau fraiche à notre arivée et les produits basiques (huile vinaigre sel et produits menager).

Urige Unterkunft, mir hat es an nicht gefehlt. Die Lage ist ideal, die Wohnung liegt ruhig und trotzdem ist jw in 3 Minuten die Tram oder verschiedene Buslinien erreichbar.

Ich wurde nett in Empfang genommen und mir wurden gleich ein paar Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben. Die Wohnung ist nach außen zur Straße und der gegenüberliegenden momentanen Baustelle gut schallisoliert und es war sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung war auch sehr gut alles ausreichend vorhanden. Bei Nachfragen habe ich innerhalb ganz kurzer Zeit Antwort erhalten. Alles fein soweit.

Very clean, I liked the private balcony and it is furnished stylish and modern. The size of the appartment is big enough, feels good. You have everything you need including cooking and eating items, shampoo in the shower etc. Close to tram 28 (in front of the church) and by foot 30 min walk to the shopping street. Nearby there is a nice park, food facilities and the beautiful church. Hop on hop off station 17 red line is also nearby the park.

The appartment we stay in, is at the second floor. In total there are 4 appartments (2 first and 2 second floor). To get there you need to climb 24 stip and narrow stairs steps. Not suitable for old or people with disabilities. You get to the area with living, kitchen, toilet and balcony. To get to the bed which is in the attic you need to climb again a narrow and stip stair. When we arrived it was very hot and the airco was broken...still is. I hope it will be fixed as we requested at the beginning of our stay but nothing happened in the meanwhile. The attic floor is not strait which is wired to walk on. The bed makes very loud noises at any slight move. This also needs to be fixed. I ended up sleeping on the sofa in living to avoid breaking my neck when I go to toilet at night and not to hear the bed noise.

The host (Rodrigo) was incredibly kind, offered me a ride to the apartment, as it was convenient for both of us. Showed me details around the city, explained everything about the place, recommended a few sites. The flat is very well equipped, has almost everything you might think of. Very nicely organized kitchen (and the space below the stairs in so well thought out!). The garden view is beautiful. Not too far from the centre, and there are shops in the vicinity. The floor is wooden, and everything in the apartment has a really nice vibe to it.

A bit noisy, there was construction across the building, and the street is lively at times. The stairs are narrow and steep (as mentioned), and might pose a problem to some.
