Perfect location as it is 5 minutes walk from Nova University. The host has been very helpful in providing information and in responding to my messages.

Plenty of space and good location for most attractions. The apartment also has a code to enter the building for added security.

The apartment had light bulbs missing and was not cleaned very well. One blanket had what looked like pet hair still on it. The heaters provided did not do a good job of warming the place so I bought a heater just to be comfortable. The living room curtains did not fully cover and none in the kitchen so privacy was lacking. Also had broken item in bathroom.

Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was easy, clean space and safe.

The front door code we were provided did not work and the host was never able to verify it before we checked out. This meant we had to go through the garage every time, which was quite indirect compared to entering in the front door. One section of the garage we had to pass through on foot was actually quite dangerous to walk through as it really is not for pedestrians and some people would drive very fast around that particular corner. Worst of all, the garage key (clicker) didn't work after a certain time of night. So, we found ourselves locked out of the building on 2 different occasions. On the first, finally someone came out of the building that was kind enough to trust us and let us in. On the 2nd occasion, we figured out there is a guard in another part of the garage and he was able to let us in that night and the subsequent times we arrived home after the garage was locked. Taking the garbage out was a bit confusing. It is very far compared to what I would ever expect for an apartment - like it's several blocks away and you have to go under the highway overpass before you get to it. We found it, but perhaps a bit more instruction about where to go would be helpful...maybe a picture. The Host has a booklet with helpful things about restaurants nearby, and if they add more info on where the garbage is I think it will help people.

The apartment is good located. Bus number 758 has a bus stop near the apartment.

The sofa bed was broken. Some lights, specially in the bathroom, did not work.
