Bucataria dotata cu ustensile

Locatia nu este dotata cu nicio unitate de racire a aerului, pe timp de vara in interiorul apartamentului sunt peste 30 de grade noaptea, iar daca vrei sa tii geamul deschis, nu exista plasa pentru insecte si intra tantari. Avioanele zboara pe deasupra cladirii, nu este un zgomot de fundal, se aude foarte tare, pana la 1 noaptea, iar la 4 dimineata se reiau zborurile. Usa de la dormitor spre balconul deschis nu se inchide etans, daca aveti copil, o poate deschide foarte usor, de asemenea, pentru ca nu se inchide zgomotul de afara este tare. Am semnalat acest aspect proprietatii, ne-au asigurat ca vor repara, insa am avut parte doar de amanari timp de 5 zile. Ne-a fost promis un patut pentru copil, insa cand am ajuns la locatie nu era disponibil, proprietatea a spus ca a fost o eroare de comunicare, si nu au rezolvat acest aspect, drept urmare a trebuit ca sotul sa doarma pe canapea in living, iar eu cu bebe de 1 an in patul din dormitor, din care a si cazut in timpul noptii. Peretii sunt murdari, posibil sa existe mucegai in spatele tapetului, pentru ca se observa ca era umflat. Nu va puteti imagina cum este sa locuiesti pe vara in acest apartament, inauntru este sufocant, mai rau decat afara, noaptea peste 30 de grade este inuman.

Apartment was good value for money

Noise of planes landing and starting almost above the building ((( Also we had minor incident with parking. That someone parked on our place and staff “ignored” the ask to help sending apologies and asking for more time to do something however doing nothing (((

Spacious and clean

The flat was modern and clean. It had a huge space for the price and comes with a parking garage. Somewhat near to the metro, around 7-9 minutes walk and some bus stops nearby. The experience would be best with renting a car.

The staff that was meant to meet us was late for about 20 minutes even though I informed them in advance that our arrival time would be at 22:00. We had to wait outside the building for the staff - good thing that it was not raining. We booked and paid for 3 people, but towels and beddings prepared was only for 2. We had to search through the cupboards for extra bedding, pillows and towels (luckily there were some!). Would not recommend for summer days as the property does not have airconditioning, and it tends to get hot inside on warmer days, even at night. We had to open the windows to be cooler, which led to another problem. The place is positioned in the direction of the runway. You tend to hear the loud noises of the planes landing which is very disturbing at night.
