A) Keys pick-up: 1) It was necessary to pick up keys in the city centre from the local rental agency office - extra 20 minutes by car. 2) Obtaining proper room number was finally the biggest issue as there was required some extra 300 EUR deposit to be paid and help line for the property support was not accessible for a long time so whole process to get finally in to the room takes me minimally extra 60 minutes of calling and registering to some local application for securing the deposit before lady on the phone told me finally appartement floor and number. B) Location and comfort is unfortunately highly effected by noise from continuously landing airplanes as position is absolutely exactly below main landing corridor only 2 km from landing spot.

the bed. headboard was old and flaking bits of plastic on the bed sheets. there were occasional cooking and cigarette smells from other flats. the check in and registration was very difficult with multiple emails which were very long and repetitive. when we arrived no one was there and we were not given instructions as to how to find the door. when Raphael arrived he was very nice and friendly but didn’t know where the garage was.

New building and spotless flat. Spacious flat and all furniture was new and in a good condition. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, public transport very handy and well connected to the city centre.
