Ponto Alto Apartments

The apartment was lovely, comfortable, very clean and well maintained. The hosts were welcoming and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. They provided recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing and wanted to ensure we had a safe and pleasant stay In Lisbon. The apartment is located close to restaurants, the city center and Bairro Alto nightlife.

Clean and modern. In a great location.

After visiting Lisbon twice - this was by far the best location, on a quiet street in the middle of the city. The apartment was lovely and cozy, and beautifully designed. The AC was smooth and good, the beds comfy.

The bathroom is located as an en-suite to the main bedroom, but other guests need to use it too. As we were 4 (2 18yo) with only one bathroom - which was located in our room. There was a curtain for privacy, but it was not a convenient scheme for the flat, waking up when the girls get back from their bar crawl and need the bathroom.

This was an excellent apartment. It was clean and comfortable, and well set up for a family of 4 with bunk beds in a private room off of the living area. The main bedroom bed was very comfortable. The outlets were perfectly placed for my family to charge their phones at night. There was a welcome bottle of wine available. The area was busy at night but you would never know it, as soon as the windows were shut you didn’t hear anything! The location was great for checking out the many restaurants in the area.

Neither of these things are negatives, just things to be aware when booking. The area may not be ideal for families with younger children since it is near a party area and may be unsuitable walking by in the evening. My children were older 16+ and it was not a problem. Also the bathroom is accessible only walking through Master bedroom, not a problem- just need to be aware.

great, spacious apartment for our family. had everything we needed except a washing machine. We did not experience any noise issues reported by others, and we were there during what should have been a very noisy time. the main bedroom was at the back of the apartment, which helped. The decor was very nice. Beds were comfortable.

Our apartment was on the third floor and the stairs were quite short so you do have to be a bit careful. But it was fine and I would book again.

Clean, very well maintained, fully equipped, helpful staff, good location .

Bathroom lights not working properly but they told me after the stay that maintenance was already scheduled., Needs a full length mirror
