Ponto Alto Apartments

The check-in form is a pretty long form that requires ID document information, and signatures and it sometimes doesn't work well. The hosts were kind enough to offer receiving the information via Booking.com messages and then added them to the forms.

We liked everything, from the location to the apartment itself. It was neat and well decorated. Litteraly like the pictures. Despite being in a lively neighborhood, we were not bothered by the noise (and we are really light sleepers) The communication was very easy and instructions always clear. Would recommend to anyone.

Additionally, the responsiveness and constant availability of the staff have contributed significantly to a positive experience. Overall, my stay at your apartment was positive, with meticulous attention to design and cleanliness. However, nighttime noise from people outside was a drawback, and there was an issue with the heating. I appreciate the staff's quick alternative proposal. Perfect location

You just can’t get to the property by car.

clean and modern apartment. Hosts were responsive and there was a thoughtful welcome package on arrival that included information book.

this is could be a positive depending on your preferences but the apartment is located on a street where people bar hop and party in the streets at night. you're right in the middle of all of the action but if the goal is quiet and rest, some of that noise does filter in to the apartment.

The location was great. It was a short walk to everything. It was also decorated nicely.

I did not know that the the apartment was on the 4th floor with no elevator. Going up 4 flights of stairs with luggage was very uncomfortable. I wish I knew that before booking. I also found it frustrating to not be able to call an Uber to pick me up in front of the building. The apartment is in a restricted zone so only taxis & residents are allowed on that street. Having to walk several blocks with luggage on cobblestone streets was uncomfortable.

Great location, stylish clean and comfy apartment. Noise cancelling windows were really nice!

For the price would have been nice to have some basic amenities like coffee, paper towels, conditioner

Great location, super clean, well furnished apartment. Right in the heart of the Barrio Alto with masses of restaurants and things to do and see on the doorstep.

The WiFi was a little slow
