Ponto Alto Apartments

Great apt lots for room ,great place

- Quick response from the team. Very friendly staffs. Able to fulfill our request and answer our questions. - Spacious apartment with lovely interior design. Comfortable beds.

- Connection of the electricity was not stable enough. A few bathroom lightbulbs were out of power sometimes. But the team had offered assistance and willing to send someone to help in the other morning. - The apartment has no elevator. Luckily we got to stay in the first floor. - Located very close to the Gloria Funicular. However, the funicular was out of order during our stay. The construction work will last to October as the sign showed.

Spacious, clean, comfortable beds. No key access so it was much easier to enter the apartment with just the access codes. Responsive owners. They also left a bottle of wine for us.

Only downside was the noisy streets but not much noise filters into the bedroom. It is more so in the living area. We didn’t mind though and could easily sleep through it.

Super friendly staff, near everything & I didn’t have any problems with noise on the streets
