location, views, comfy beds, low noise, lobby

apartment needs some urgent renovation. apartment was not kleen. I would appreciate it if there would be at least a welcome water bottle. some basic stuff like salt, pepper, tea, sugar, some instant coffee maybe....little things that mean a lot if you check in after midnight.

The room was musty and dusty. I did not get the WiFi password at arrival and had to go to reception. The toilet was leaking from the bottom, and the floor mat was wet and musty. T.V was unplugged, and it needed to unplug to turn it off. The room does not get dark at night, curtains were dusty and see throug.

Location is great,better address instructions would be nice as was little difficult to find at first Condo is clean n well fitted out. Everything worked fine😊

The pool pass, beach pass business is a bit clunky and could be simplified. Some security and doormen friendlier than others.

Terrible experience!!!..will not going to book that hotel again!!..

No internet!! No free water to drink when we arrived!! Full of dirty towel inside the laundry machine!! Lots of mold around bathtub and toilet is dirty everywhere!! The one who assist us is not attentive!!.. We feel like we're lost and not welcome! We check out early around 4:30 am it's terrible experience we don't want to stay longer!!..place is far from the city nothing to see or nowhere to go ..u have to take a taxi or grab to go to the city which is so expensive!!... All terrible experience!!..AND MOST OF ALL TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THAT UGLY AND SMALL ROOM!!...REALITY VS EXPECTATION!!..

"Great place in new part of mactan city"

Nice location.. With all new development in the area..with multiple fast food chain outlets.. Great swimming pool.. The beach is good... We saw some small colorful fishes while snorkeling.. The host Rose is very cooperative.. When we requested to extend our checkout time she agreed without any hassle.. The view from our 17th floor apartment was very nice.. Overall very nice place to stay in Mactan

For the beach access the walk is 5-8 min.. Which becomes little challenging if you are going there midday( sun is quite strong)
